For bookings at Indo Asia Hotels
This policy applies to all reservations made for our properties in Coorg and Madikeri.
We understand that plans can change. The guidelines below are designed to offer flexibility while allowing us to manage availability fairly.
• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the check-in date → Eligible for a full refund
• Cancellations made 3 to 13 days before check-in → 50% of the booking amount will be refunded
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in → No refund applicable
• If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show
• The full booking amount will be retained
• In case of an early departure after check-in, the unused portion of the stay is non-refundable
• Changes to travel dates are subject to availability
• Requests made at least 7 days in advance may be accommodated without penalty
• Rate differences may apply based on revised dates
• Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
• The amount will be credited back via the original mode of payment
• Cancellation terms may vary during:
• peak seasons
• long weekends
• special packages or promotional offers
