Discover a sustainable stay in Coorg with organic produce, water recycling, waste management, and strong local community involvement.
At the property, sustainability is built into everyday operations rather than treated as a separate initiative.
A part of what you experience during your stay comes directly from the land itself. Fruits and vegetables such as mangoes, bananas, citrus, pineapples, pumpkins, and seasonal produce are grown on-site without the use of chemical inputs. This allows the kitchen to work with ingredients that are fresh, local, and traceable.
Resource use is handled with the same intent. Water from guest areas is processed through an in-house treatment system and reused for irrigation across the property. Organic waste is repurposed, with ash and biodegradable matter returning to the soil as natural fertiliser.
Even discarded materials, such as glass bottles, are reused in small but visible ways within the property’s built spaces.
The approach extends beyond the land to the people connected to it. A significant part of the team is locally hired, creating consistent employment while keeping daily operations rooted in regional knowledge.
